At WonderWaffles Amsterdam, every order is freshly prepared and carefully packed to ensure your stroopwafels and poffertjes arrive with the best possible quality.
Processing time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) are typically shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Shipping within the Netherlands

Standard delivery: 2–4 business days
International shipping

Standard delivery: 4–10 business days, depending on destination.
Packaging
All products are sealed for freshness and shipped in recyclable, eco-friendly packaging.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are fresh and perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food items once shipped or collected.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
To request a refund or replacement:

Our team will respond within 3 business days.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Perishable Items
For non-food merchandise (e.g., tins, gifts, or branded items):

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable conditions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
